had a fun stay here. stayed here for 3 days, liked the hotel, it was tidy with reasonably priced location in general to the southern part of the island. all the staff was helpful and especially helpful, fixed my issues.

The breakfast had good choice of selection, the food was outstanding. Our rooms were reasonably spacious with a hillside view to the forest and view of the mountains, as for instance: D

Minor areas for improvement.

We had a nice weekend. the hotel is new and we had a spacious room with a nice pool. the location was a bit further from the beach, but that made it quieter. We really liked that they offered complimentary scooter rentals and daily cleaning service.

Our experience was overshadowed by a few negatives. the staff had limited English which led to difficulties when communicating.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa center and outdoor pool area were immaculate, offering us the perfect relaxation experience. the restaurant had a variety of delicious dishes, and the in-room breakfast was definitely a highlight.

Although everything else was superb, the lack of a steam room or plunge pool in the Spa center was a minor missed opportunity. the massage services definitely made up for it, and the amazing location made it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
